Refund policy

All sales are final.

Every order is inspected and shipped by me personally and will not be shipped with any defects.  We are very low volume with most products made to order.  For that reason, we are sorry that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason.  Please be sure about your purchase before placing your order. 

If somehow the universal start to unravel and you do receive a defective, damaged, wrong item, or missing an item, please contact us within 72 hours so that we can fix the problem and make it right.  

If your order gets returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay for shipping again in order for us to reship the item/items back to you.
